Persimmon season is back!

The Asian grocer is selling 6 in a pack for $2.99. That's pretty good deal but there is no free lunch in this world. To ensure they don't quietly slip in some bad ones, I surreptitiously open the plastic casings and gently feel them ~ aunty in action.

They are just ripe. PERFECT for my weekly fruit intake.

Devoured all by Sunday...

 I wish I bought more.... 

Tomorrow the Builder is finally coming over to fix some defects. The original 3 defects have morphed into 6. Been trying to get the Builder to come for the longest time and finally got an appointment thanks to next door unit. They also raised defect. Quite relief I am not the only one having issues. This is already the 3rd time so.......
